NCASS offers 3 levels of food hygiene qualifications, Level 1 Food Hygiene, Level 2 Food Hygiene and Level 3 Food hygiene training. Our food hygiene & safety online training courses are all triple accredited and highly recognised among the catering industry.

Our Level 1 food hygiene course explores the fundamentals of food hygiene, including cross contamination, storage standards and pest control. This course is ideal for any temporary or part time staff member rarely or occasionally handling food, looking to expand their food hygiene knowledge and further their catering careers.

For caterers with more experience, our Level 2 course food hygiene course then becomes an essential stepping stone, being designed for all food handlers in catering businesses. This course addresses the core principles of food hygiene and day to day catering issues which can arise for open food handlers, such as food poisoning, HACCP and COSHH.

Finally, our Level 3 food hygiene course will enable food businesses’ owners, managers and supervisors to reinforce and further extend their knowledge of food hygiene and safety processes, standards and regulations including waste disposal, temperature control etc.
