More and more event organisers expect to see caterers using sustainable practices so make sure you’re one of them. Aim Of Course
To develop an understanding of how to make a catering business more sustainable.
20 multiple choice questions on a 20 minute timer. The pass mark is 15/20 (75%). Remember, there’s no limit on re-takes.
By the end of the course students will be able to demonstrate understanding of sustainability and sustainable practices.
Course Delivery Method
