These days more and more customers and event organisers expect to see caterers using sustainable practices. Use this training course to make sure you’re meeting – no, surpassing – their expectations. Aim of the course
To develop an understanding of how to make a catering business more sustainable.
20 multiple choice questions on a 20 minute timer. The pass mark is 15/20 (75%). And remember, there’s no limit on re-takes.
By the end of the course students will be ready to introduce sustainable practices within their catering businesses.
Course delivery method
This sustainability training is delivered online via a system that allows you to stop and start whenever you need to.
Once you’ve completed your sustainability training you’ll receive a personalised and laminated A4 certificate.
These will help you remember the course content. There are too many pages to print so you’re best off sticking to the online notes.
