Triple-Accredited Training
What is NCASS?
The origin of this site stems from the Nationwide Caterers Association, the only UK trade association making sure that 5000+ catering businesses operate safely and legally every day.
We created NCASS Training so that our triple-accredited courses could be available to everyone – not just NCASS members. This way, every UK food business owner has the opportunity to enjoy peace of mind, knowing that all local authorities and EHOs will recognise their staff’s NCASS certificates.
Why? because each course has been written by NCASS, approved by The Royal Borough of Greenwich and Monmouthshire County Council, and accredited by City & Guilds. These are certificates that you can trust.
If you want to know more about the trade association, and what we can do for your business, head over to NCASS.org.uk. You’ll find information there about the legal documentation, one-to-one support, work opportunities and training packages we can offer you.

The price of the courses reflect the quality of the training you’ll receive. You’ll see what we mean.
Every single NCASS training course has been created by industry experts. That means that they’re all geared towards making the catering industry a safer and more informed place. That’s our mantra after all.
Milton Keynes Council and City & Guilds have inspected and accredited each course. We made sure of that so that you can rest easy knowing that you and your staff are training to the best standards in the catering industry.
