This course forms part of the NCASS Covid-19 Certification scheme exclusively for our members. Once you have completed this course and uploaded the relevant documentation you’ll be able to show that you have taken the right steps in keeping your customers and business Covid-19 safe.

Aim of the course

To gain a sound understanding of the risks posed by Covid-19 so that you can keep yourself, your customers, colleagues and the business safe.

What is Covid-19, transmission, symptoms, Track, Trace & Isolate, mitigation, working through Covid-19, staff management, sanitisation & much more.

Assessment criteria

There’s a short test at the end of the course and the pass mark is 80%. Remember, there are no limits on re-takes.


Upon completion of Covid-19 Safety Training you’ll receive a personalised digital certificate which you can upload to your Control Panel and/or display on your premises/unit to demonstrate to customers that your business has taken the Covid-19 Safety Training course. Alongside that, you will need to carry out a Covid-19 risk assessment, complete a compliance statement and customer statement in order to begin trading. NCASS members have access to these documents here.
