Food Hygiene Training Courses

NCASS offers three levels of food hygiene certificates: Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. Our Food Hygiene online training courses are all triple-accredited and highly recognised throughout the catering industry.

The Level 1 Food Hygiene Course explores the fundamentals of food hygiene, including cross-contamination, storage standards and pest control. This course is ideal for any temporary or part-time staff member who only handles food occasionally. If they are looking to expand their food hygiene knowledge and further their catering career, this is the perfect starter course for them.

For caterers with more experience, our Level 2 Food Hygiene Course is the essential stepping stone to higher knowledge. It’s designed for all food handlers in catering businesses and addresses the core principles of food hygiene. Covering the day-to-day catering issues that open food handlers face, like food poisoning, HACCP and COSHH, this course is our most popular.

Finally, our Level 3 Food Hygiene Course will enable food business owners, managers and supervisors to reinforce and further extend their knowledge of food hygiene and safety processes. The course covers standards and regulations including waste disposal and temperature control in significant detail, so you can feel truly confident when you’re responsible for a shift.
