NCASS Induction Training - available Autumn 2010

Who is the course suitable for?

Induction training is suitable for anyone starting work in a new facility involving the handling of food.

Aim of the course

-  Staff receive induction training in the workplace to heighten awareness of food hygiene and health & safety issues.

Staff will also require further instruction suited to the type of work they do. You and your staff may have different training needs, so you should consider each member of staff individually.  Larger organisations may benefit from conducting Training Needs Analysis, which we are happy to support. However, most small businesses will have a clear understanding of their employees training needs.

You might also need to make special arrangements for staff whose first language is not English and those who have learning difficulties or literacy problems.
