The aim of the NCASS Level 3 Food Safety in Catering is to provide a knowledge and understanding of food safety principles and practices for supervisors / business owners whose role is the implementation of food safety management procedures and systems.

NCASS members have several free places on this course subject to a certification fee. This course can cost up to £250 per person from other providers it may be worth considering joining NCASS for this alone.
