Which course is right for me?

We believe that every food handler should be trained in correct food handling procedures and health & safety when working in a kitchen.  This is a high risk environment and it is imperative that everyone understands - as a minimum - the basic principals of working safely. We have developed a range of courses to cater from temporary members of staff with little or no experience through to managers and supervisors.
 
Please consult the following guidelines to ensure you comply with regulations:

All the above courses are FREE to members of NCASS subject to a £10.00 or £15.00 certification fee depending on the course
 
The amount of places allowed vary with the membership type

Beware cheaper online alternatives as these are not always accepted by enforcement authorities.  Those courses that enable you to download your own certificate at the end of the course should be avoided in particular.
