Case study 1 A recruitment company offering temporary catering staff
The recruitment company needs to ensure that the staff that they are supplying to their clients possesses a certain level of hygiene / safety training.
Before signing on the books of the recruitment company, the client is instructed that they must complete a course. They are given the recruitment company’s reseller code and the NCASS training website address.
They sign up using the code and pay for the course at a discounted rate which adds their details to the trainee management system which means that their progress can be monitored.
Once they complete the course the certificate is sent to the trainee the next working day
The recruitment company can then create groups of trainees and print reports of groups of trainees and their respective qualifications to send to their client as confirmation.
NCASS then offer a profit share to the recruitment company paid on a monthly basis.
This creates a revenue stream for the recruitment company

The student signs up using the schools code and pays for the course at a discounted rate. Once paid the system adds their details to the trainee management system which means that their progress can be monitored by the school/college.
Once they complete the course the certificate is sent to the trainee the next working day.
